Activating eToken for Mobile Online

Before you can log in to your company's system using eToken for Mobile, you need to activate the authenticator on your mobile device.

To be able to activate eToken for Mobile, you must:

  • have the eToken for Mobile application installed on your mobile device, and
  • not have eToken for Mobile activated already.

To activate eToken for Mobile:

  1. From the User Self-Management Website menu, select Activate > Online eToken for Mobile Activation.
  2. Enter your user name.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Click Continue.
    If authentication is successful, the Color QR code and a registration identifier along with an activation password is displayed. Depending on your hardware capabilities, you have two choices from this point onward:
    • Your device has a functional camera. You can scan the Color QR code with the eToken for Mobile application on your mobile phone to continue the activation.
    • Your device does not have a functional camera. You must fill the registration identifier and the activation password in the eToken for Mobile application on your mobile phone to continue the activation.
  5. You will receive a confirmation message once the activation process has been completed successfully .
